3. Service Delivery

Services are provided based on the scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon in the project contract.

Clients must provide accurate information and access to the site for successful service delivery.

Any changes to the project scope or timeline must be communicated and may result in additional charges.
4. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued upon completion of the project or as per the payment schedule outlined in the contract.

Payments are due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3-4 hour before scheduled time.
6. No Refund Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.

In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to the client's satisfaction.
7. Liability

ScanXConcrete is fully insured and takes all necessary precautions to perform services safely and accurately.

We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or unforeseen site conditions.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
8. Confidentiality

All client information and project details are kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent.
9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas, USA
10. Amendments

ScanXConcrete reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Clients will be notified of any changes and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.
