1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by ScanXConcrete ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you ("client," "you," or "your") agree to these terms.

 

2. Services Provided

  • ScanXConcrete specializes in Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) scanning.

  • Our services include concrete scanning, utility locating, structural analysis, and related consulting.

 

3. Service Delivery

  • Services are provided based on the scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon in the project contract.

  • Clients must provide accurate information and access to the site for successful service delivery.

  • Any changes to the project scope or timeline must be communicated and may result in additional charges.

 

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued upon completion of the project or as per the payment schedule outlined in the contract.

  • Payments are due upon completion of the project, unless otherwise specified.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month.

 

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3-4 hour before scheduled time.

 

6. No Refund Policy

  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.

  • In the event of a dispute, we will make every effort to resolve the issue to the client's satisfaction.

 

7. Liability

  • ScanXConcrete is fully insured and takes all necessary precautions to perform services safely and accurately.

  • We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or unforeseen site conditions.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

 

8. Confidentiality

  • All client information and project details are kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client's consent.

 

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Texas, USA

 

10. Amendments

  • ScanXConcrete reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Clients will be notified of any changes and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the amended terms.

 

Service Delivery Policy

 

1. Scheduling and Access

  • Services are scheduled based on availability and client requirements.

  • Clients must ensure site access and readiness for our team to perform the services.

 

2. Service Quality

  • We strive to provide high-quality GPR scanning and related services.

  • Any issues or concerns with service quality should be reported immediately for resolution.

 

3. Reporting and Documentation

  • Clients will receive detailed reports and documentation upon completion of the services.

  • Any additional documentation requests may be subject to additional charges.

 

4. Health and Safety

  • Our team adheres to strict health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all parties involved.

 

No Refund Policy

 

1. Final Sale

  • Once services have been rendered, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

 

2. Dispute Resolution

  • In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients are encouraged to contact us to discuss the issue.

  • We will make every effort to resolve the matter to the client's satisfaction within reasonable means.

 

3. Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of ScanXConcrete.

  • Any such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
