Information you give us
We only collect personal information that you type into or upload through our forms:
- Quote request: your name, email, phone number, job-site address, and any message you add.
- Service inquiry: your first and last name, email, and phone number.
- Work order: date, company name, your name, phone number, job name, job address, job or PO number, start and finish times, work performed, your signature, and any files you upload.
- Statement of limitations: your name, email, and signature.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and document our work, and keep business records. Our website runs on Wix, which stores form submissions for us. When you submit a form, we receive an email notification with your submission. We keep this information as long as needed for the job and for our business records.
We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies that it needs to work and stay secure, set by Wix and Cloudflare. Wix analytics cookies (to count visits) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel (to measure our Facebook advertising) load only after you click Accept in the cookie notice. When the Pixel is on, it shares information about your visit with Meta, such as the pages you view and your browser and device details, and Meta may use it under its own policies. You can change your choice any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Emails
The website has no newsletter or marketing email signup. We use the contact details you send us to reply about your request.
Access and deletion
To ask what information we have about you, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email sales@scanxconcrete.com with the subject "Data request" and tell us the name and email or phone number you used. We may need to keep some records, such as signed work orders, when the law or an open job requires it.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email sales@scanxconcrete.com and we will delete it.
